I feel like Walgreen's had one like that, too. I got a cheap lamp from Fareway (discount grocery store) a few months back and for $10, it's very decent!

Keep us posted how it flows. What other color combos did they have?

That's cool. They only had this color combo, plus a purple glitter lamp that was kinda shaped like a pear.

Got it up and running. It has a lot of what appears to be small crystal like strands floating around, but ither than that it has pretty good flow for a six dollar lamp!

I bought two of these off ebay new in the box and converted both to glitter for a friend. As lava lamps they weren't bad but the bottles yield very nice glitter lamps due to their shape.

Oh I have one like that. But a silver cap and base. Green wax, blue liquid. It was only about £10. I quite enjoy it.

Oh I forgot I currently have a complete empty version of this if anyone is interested in making something with it.

mmh, this shape is common at Ebay Europe, I alyways thought they were cheap no-name-lamps, presumably from china.

^^ They are lol but as lava lamps they work okay.

I actually ended up emptying mine after it went cloudy after a couple of runs lol

^^ It happens, make it into glitter, you will like it. If like mine, they tape standard bottle caps :)
