BS. I will NEVER ship an item until funds are in hand. Ever. Period, the end. I don't care what PayPal says. I have never had an issue with them and I have used them for 10 years.<br />

Now, eBay buying up PayPal and then charging fees for selling on eBay and then fees for accepting money. That's another story and that itself is BS. It's like DOUBLE fees. PayPal's fee's are not too bad for the convenience it offers. I will say that. However eBay fees are outrageous. It's like robbery.<br />

They can go screw for all im concerned, no way am I shipping until I have my money. This has really gone way out of control...There is also a conflict of interest with Ebay owning Paypal ?? WTF glad no one is looking out for the consumer as usual.<br />

I sold a few things on ebay recently and was paid through paypal for all of them, the funds cleared straight into my account so is this something thats changed recently or does it only apply to paypal users in the USA?
