<p>1. Use a digital camera that can be set to an indoor lighting exposure setting with the flash off.</p>
<p>2. Put the lamp in a well lit area with bright indoor lighting.</p>
<p>3. Position lamp so there is minimal to no reflections on glass side you are shooting.</p>
<p>4. Let the lamp heat up and start to flow then turn off the lamp light just before taking pictures.</p>

<p>You may have to tweak the picture a little with some light fill or shadow fill in any picture editor to…</p>

<p>bright wax is more difficult to get a picture of because it glows so much and you will find most people cannot capture a true likeness when the lamp is running, regardless of colour.</p>
