Oozing Goo - The Lava Lamp Syndicate

If I were to sell a Kenny lava lamp, where would I start.  No idea what the pricing would be or even the best place to sell it.

Hey Eric, Autumn had a Kenny prototype ...i think she was asking around 35 or 45...she said it could not hold a globe.

#33 Kenny prototype  that is a link to Autumns "final sale"...i could have sworn that there used to be a price on Kenny's head ....but there is no price now.

I think the one with the bullet holes is the one that was never made to fit a globe, whereas I have the one that does fit a lamp.

I am interested in purchasing your Kenny lamp.

I sent you a friend request so we can discuss it.

Thanks

Post a pic please.

More like $180.

I have a proper Kenny and its next to impossible to value.  Wish I could be more helpful, but that's the absolute truth.  You will never, ever find one again.  The value is what someone is willing to pay for it.  Personally - I wouldn't accept a penny less than $500 for mine (but that may even be on the low end of the spectrum).  Sky is really the limit on the open market - you may get $200, you may get $1000.

And best place to sell it is hard to say.  Your market is greatly expanded on eBay as this item doesn't just appeal to lava lamp freaks, but South Park freaks as well.  By limiting your audience to Oozing Goo, the South Park freaks will be left out.  On the other hand, a private sale via Oozing Goo eliminates eBay (and possibly Paypal, payment method dependent) as the middle man and you get 100% of the money.

Once again - hard to offer any concrete advice.  I don't want to bias the process, but will say that MileHigh is an avid Icon collector, as well as an avid collector of A+++ premium lava lamps.  Critter also fits the bill in terms of being a collector of A+++ premium lava lamps.  This is one I would request offers on as there is no market for this lamp.  Its essentially a unicorn.

If you want to try to get the most money possible for your lamp I would recommend  listing it on Ebay with a reserve price that you are comfortable selling it for.
If you want a quick, easy, fee-free sale then you should sell it to me as I could immediately send you $300.00 for it.
