Lovely! Can you post a photo of the lamp with the light off? That'll make color judging easier.

I ended up working on clearing this lamp up. It arrived to me a bit cloudy.
I totally replaced the fliud, but kept the wax. It took some time to get the ratio perfect in the fluid so the flow was to my liking.
Here is a pic. Still, it is not an easy lamp to photograph with an ipad.
I may try in daylight, run the lamp, turn it off and take the pic. Maybe this next weekend.

It is clear.
Here is a pic of it running, with the bulb on. This is on my kitchen table, in daylight. The red wax is nice and dark.
