Wall Mount Lamp.. How rare?? Sitting at $500.00

Hi all. I found this little treasure on EBay. The seller also has a red one available. How rare are these? Does anyone know why they're so expensive?? Any info is appreciated.

Yes, Jonas - Thank you for the information. I havent looked at the orange yellow today but it was at 152.50, which isn't bad at all. To whomever gets these ( hopefully someone on this forum ), congrats! What an amazing find!
