I rewired my shelving units I ran into a dilemma with wiring the fiber optics to their own remote-controlled power strip. The heavy 220V power cube, attached to a 220/120 convertor and then into a loaded 8 outlet power strip was too much weight to attach to the back of the shelf unit.
