The base is 8 inches the glass is 20 inches and the diameter is 6. It uses a 100 watt halogen bulb. Ships empty with no water you fill it with distilled water and add the chemicals that I send with it.

How tall? and what's your cost.  I would be very interested.  I also put a question into to several of my floral glass wholesalers to see if they are heat resistant.  I was never sure.  Thanks for all your help Chad.

Is it a standard floral vase?  I need to make something like this for a corporate party at the Rock N Roll Hall of Fame.  But we are on a budget.  Is it pyrex brand?  Sorry to bug you, just trying to get all the info I can so I don't have a disaster on my hands.

Yes it is heat resident stay under 100 watts.

Where did you get your vase from?  Did you have to make sure it is heat- resistance?
