Hey all. At the moment light bulbs are in stock at PJ White stores or online. I've just made a second order which was easy had to create a profile account & was able to pay with PayPal. They offer delivery at a good price within Australia & it took only a few days to arrive. Get in while you're able as who knows if theyll ever make more once this lot runs out which is surely just a matter of time.

If you add some SLES or Miracle Bubbles, you may get it flowing again. I've had good luck with both. In fact, I'm restoring a lamp right now...

Hi everyone - These were made here in Australia by a company called Carramar Lighting, they unfortunately went into liquidation in 2006. They made the "Volcano Lamp" from late 1999 and started of in the 3-leg model which were very well made, vey solid chrome and in the final year they did the 5-leg version. This was actually my first lava lamp in 2000 but I had a green one which i sadly gave away to a friend. I found those two just this week at a market and one on gumtree.com! They flow just like Mathmos', except the one with the 5-legs as the guy told me he filled it up with 'tap water' and it doesn't flow anywhere near aswell as the other 3-leg one. Any help or suggestions there?
