This one is also cloudy, not nearly as bad as the one from Lamps plus but I still dont have any hope that it will clear on its own.. Should I keep and be "happy" or contact Susan again?

cool.  one thing i've noticed over the years is that my lamps have much more of a columnar flow in the fall/winter which is due to lower ambient temperatures.  this usually occurs with temperatures in the lower 70's so perhaps that can explain the flow you're seeing.

average like 74 but it gets a bit cold like 69ish when its on for its 6 hours early in the morning. Turns on at 8am and off at 2pm so up until about 10 am its like low 70s and its probably struggling to warm up. its flowing better today, i let it off for 8 hours instead of 6 to cool down more and its flowing nicely today from a room temp start and the ambient temp from 10am to 4pm which is its cycle for today is much warmer so its flowing right now. i guess its just a temperature thing and its only been on 6 hours at a time which isnt enough for a heavy flow at 69F room temp.. Will keep you guys posted though but so far its flowing again on its cycle right now and im gonna continue to cycle it.

Yes, the glass is actually really good. Way better than I expected it to be, the only problem is the replacement grande now stopped flowing so i don't know if it will continue to clear up.. It melts and just forms one big pillar about 3/4 of the way up then comes down and repeats the pillar and eventually let off one big blob that hovers a bit and quickly falls back down and forms another slow lingering pillar... Kind of disappointed since this one is clear enough to see and it flowed like a champ the first and second time, what do I do?

That's great! I had a few from 04,  and the glass was so bad!!! Were talking hundreds of light spots

The glass isn't bad, a WHOLE lot better than the current 52s. Both of my grandes have way better glass but they do have a few bubbles but so few you can really count them and keep it under 20
