Ok, I understand what your asking now.  To the best of my (limited) knowledge, phosphorescent powders might be the only option.  The problem is they may be too heavy to mix with the flowing wax, they might just remain at the bottom.

thanks for your help but actually I'm not looking for flourescent, its phosphorescent I'm after...you know the paint that makes the digits of a watch glow in the dark.

if anybody can help me in making matching goo I will thank you with a custom paintjob like this plus an uv led/laser to draw on it like you can see in the " all at the same time" pic.
