My father-in-law found an original with the flower ring.  It actually looks better in person than in pictures.

Thanks  :)  I paid $4 just for the base. I already had the globe. And thanks for the link Keith. I saw this on a post to another goohead when I read the Enchantress Planter threads. Still haven't decided whether to search out the original tacky flowers or not. LOL

I used 1/2 a drop of Schilling Neon blue food coloring. I mixed in a cup with some of the globe liquid and a bit of distilled water since the globe needed topping off a bit. One drop directly in the globe would have turned it dark blue. I was going for that old faded blue/green look.

Thanks. Never was my favorite type of LL but for 4 bucks off Etsy...why not? I'll admit after opening and tinting the globe close to the original color, I'm really beginning to love this cheesy 70's retro lamp. ;)
