Oozing Goo - The Lava Lamp Syndicate

Got this nearly-new in box from eBay a year or two ago. Oddly, this one has a HUGE adapter and was made in China. Has glass fibers though.

I have been reading what he has done and wish I could help with info. Afraid I'm not much help to anyone---yet.  He is doing a great job on it though, very informative.

Jonas is working on a great piece for the Lava Library on Fantasia fiber optics. :)

Don't feel bad, I don't know the names of any of them, but they are beautiful.

LOL, Kirk, you ain't got nothin to worry about.  If I find a Fantasia BIN, it is yours.  But you will be asleep.......don't know how to solve that one.  Just get up really early.....LOL

@Keith, I might not be helping Kirk, since I have no idea what a "good one" is, or which lamps he already has. :-)

But I am on the hunt now.......Nighty Night guys, I'm awake for the duration.

It's been 25 or more years since I've seen on in person and I am still impressed by their beauty.  I would never encourage someone to spend more than they could afford for a novelty, but if you have the means you won't regret getting one.  (as long as it's a good one, lol)

"You all have flung a cravin on me now." - Dang, there go my Fantasia BINs.

Merciful Lord, help me........You all have flung a cravin on me now.  That was beautifully expressed Keith.

"...the response to even a soft breath of air is something that cannot be replicated with pictures or video.  They are amazingly beautiful."

Well said, Keith.

I used to see the Fantasia lamps in gift stores in the 70's and 80's but never had the funds to buy one.  I still remember a display of probably 5 different styles in a group.  The vibrancy of the colors and the response to even a soft breath of air is something that cannot be replicated with pictures or video.  They are amazingly beautiful.
