I'll have to measure for one that sits dead center of the bowl, 

All you have to do is go to eBay and search for LED halo lighting under automotive accessories.

I have an extra one lying around here when you come over this weekend, that may fit>?

I bet a COG UV LED ring used for Halo on custom cars could be placed in the bottom of the planter to light up the glo rocks

or color change and use clear crystals
