Oozing Goo - The Lava Lamp Syndicate

The green liquid/purple wax was a purple neon 52oz that i customized with three drops of green food coloring. I would highly suggest it to anyone with a slightly cloudy lamp

Mine has only two lights as opposed to all 3. Its missing the yellow, so its only about 2 feet tall, but i picked it up off the side of the road! Someone was justthrowing it out.

I got mine at the Carlisle PA fairgrounds during one of their huge car/truck shows.  Some guy was selling it with other car memorabilia stuff.  It's wired up with a dimmer but I can't make it work sequentially without spending more money.  Mine stands about 3 feet tall.  Traffic lights are huge up close!

Whered you get your traffic light? Is it a real one? And as for the color, im assuming you mean the green liquid? I just used shop rite brand green food coloring.

That looks awesome! Is that pastel green or regular green? McCormick's?

I saw the picture of your purple neon and it really looks intense! And just a warning, when you dye it green, the lava looks redder than it does in the photo.
Regardless, I love the color contrast :)
