Oozing Goo - The Lava Lamp Syndicate

I created a faux French glitter by taking a vintage bottle of Chambord Liqueur, filling it with pink Wizard glitter and the base is a vintage metal utensil holder in a gold filigree design which matches the trim on the bottle. Now I just need to decide if I should put a candle in there or a light socket.

ahhh that's it.... I remember it being berry flavor something. The base is very fitting.

It's a black raspberry flavored liquor. They still make it, in the same shaped bottle, but they eliminated the outer plastic logo and now just use a stuck on label.

Isn't this a blueberry flavored liquor? I think I recall my parents having some of this stuff way back in the day. Good custom job though!

Thanks everyone. Jonas, eBay has several of the Chambord bottles.

Yeah, try a candle first! That is super-cool! I have one of those brass things, I should make a lamp in it! Now I just gotta find one of the old-style Chambord bottles and make a solid base.

Candle for sure - a socket would be too much hassle for a globe and base that size, also a candle will give such a better effect for this style of lamp.
