I think the colossus wax is different. I had a chance to play with it when I dumped it in a trash bag, Even when fully cooled down it was extremely soft. I could squish it like dough.

Surprised you needed even one socket extender as Goo Kit goo typically flows at a lower temperature than Lava Lite goo (at least from my experience). 

Tim, my purple/pink Colossus is still running like a champ and the liquid is still crystal clear.

Same with mine too. Great flow but it's not as clear as it was when I first got it. I had a feeling that these lamps would get like that. Well anyway your goo kit looks good!

Well it flowed fine, but the liquid was getting cloudier every day. I sent a quart of wax to Critter and threw everything else in the trash. I doubt others are fairing much better.

So I assume that the original wax and liquid went to crap? I wonder how all of the other goo heads Colossi are holding up?
