My First Lava Lamp was:
my first lava lamp was a cheap £3.99 job :o( but then i purchased a genuine mathmos in a local shop in 1992 this was a white jet with red wax clear liquid i kept it for years but then moved house and just dont know what happened to it until a year ago when i found it in the shed but it was as you can imagine no blobs anymore :o( so i searched ebay uk and yes i found the exact same lamp in mint condition in the box wow :o) so i then looked for more oh dear the bank ballance has been hit hard, my latest lamp is a mathmos lunar oh what a lamp :o) but finding this site has opened my eyes to some of the great lamps out there and i did not realise so many people loved these stange lamps, goo is great :o)
