Why do they cost so much?

I don't think these lamps are branded (i.e. China branded lamps) although they do look very similar. From what i can tell from the websight (I don't know Russian though) it looks like they are another lava lamp company like Mathmos and Lava Lite is.

The lamps look interesting - does anyone on hear have any that they could do a review on that that will help.

Why they cost so much - maybe because they are made in Russia, they are there own brand with there own formula etc.

They are indeed just China-made lamps. But I've bought one in the US, the chrome variety (2008 or so in some mall gift shop) and, aside from the boring round-blob flow, it's clear.
