Offshoot question, how do the vessels, your full plexi welded and a typical glued/extruded vessel, hold up in temperature changes? Are the fluids freeze resistant or will they freeze like water and crack the vessel?

As you have noted, the real challenge will be to find the appropriate acrylic tube. I have not yet found a source for rectangular acrylic. Have you made any inroads toward making a wave machine ?
