GooKit Wax sticking to bottle

Hi,
I GooKitted a small lamp a few years ago and it ran well for a while. The wax has begun sticking to the bottle, at first it was just at the top but now it's all over the entire thing. I thought there may have been some kind of residue on the inside of the globe, so I removed the master fluid and the wax and cleaned the bottle thoroughly (using the soap and shake method) and....I still have wax sticking. On top of that, there seem to be wax "crystals" floating around that do not want to rejoin with the mass at the bottom. Any reason for the sticking and crystallization? Is my wax dead? Or did I just not clean the bottle well enough?

you need to coat the inside of the bottle with sufferant and leave it in  when adding goo.

Clean bottle one more time with Dawn andcheapo bottle brush, rinse thoroughly with hot water,Add Sufferant with some distilled water, 

addgo, top off with more distilled water 
Se how it goes, if separation is an issue,put bottle in water bath on stove until everything is floating, then turn off the heat, do not move, let cool
