Just saw a silver version of this and they wanted some ungodly amount of cash for it.  one hundred and something, close to two hundred bucks.  Crazy.  Update on getting the globe out?

I had one about 10 years back. new from wal mart.

to get the globe off.  just gently push the top of the globes cap to the side, right under the thinnest piece that your pic shows. it is just lodged in there. pull the globe up after you get it dislodged. maybe wiggle it a bit if it seems stuck. no twisting involved

will check on mine in a bit and see what size it is, works great. Should be no problems replacing bulb.

I love the lamp but am afraid of losing the globe bulb! I have a yellow/ blue.

just gently lift the arm above the cap and twist the globe out, should come out fairly easily. Keep us up to date with some pics.

I have one of these too. Sherry wrote "Can anyone advise me how to replace the bulb in this lamp? I can't figure out how to remove the glass globe to get to the bulb. Thank you in advance."

I am in the same dilemma...

I just picked one of these up with Red/clear lava combo. Any idea on their value or origin?

They seem like they could be something Spencer's would sell.

Thanks!
