I recently came across the moons/stars on ebay and am now hooked on the drops lol. Jim, you mentioned you were able to purchase these NIB. Any chance you have a picture of the packaging? I'm super curious.

Autumn - I found them at a flea market that can best be described as "ghetto".  Thing is though, lava lamps are far from high brow.  Walked out with two brand new in packaging cosmic drops, a 32 ounce screw cap pink/pink (score), a 32 ounce clear/cranberry and the Lumisource double mushroom plasma lamp (just cuz... lol).

i used to have the drops, and yes, they are fluorescent.  i think i threw them away when i started "growing up" but now i wish i still had them.  purchased at spencer's in 1998.

Ok - I must admit that these are pretty damn cool.  Found two of the colors today and they look pretty kick ass awash in the black light of my rain lamp.  The guy had the third color as well and I plan on adding that too.  I think he may also have the other varieties too.
