About Me:
I only got the goobug about a year and a half ago, so my collection isn't all that big or great yet, but after finding oozing goo My interest, knowledge and collection have all grown tremendously. I think I'm up to around 75 or so. I also collect vintage toys and vintage fender and Japanese guitars. I have met some great people here from around the globe with a common interest, how cool is that? I was told today by my oldest daughter that I have a problem, and is not bringing her friends around as much, lol

About Your First Lava Lamp:
Growing up, my parents were hipsters and there was always a lava lamp in the house. I mostly remember the enchantress planter on our dining table. I never had my own until an ex-girlfriend gave me a Century back in the late 80's. Wish I still had that lamp!
I thought it was cool, but I didn't get the goobug for several more years after seeing a friends collection.
