sweet! Thanks for that site. layman's terms, just what I been looking for. been looking at videos and on here and everything seemed complicated. am sure it still is. but that just made it sound easier. hmmm makes me want to go find a cheep clouded lamp for practice.

whilst im reading up on replacing the liquid in this lamp, i thought i might share a trick i used to remove the cap cleanly.<br />
you need to put the lamp on for 8 hours so its nice and warm this will melt the glue which is sealing the cap, and make it easier to remove.<br />
