Oozing Goo - The Lava Lamp Syndicate

After extensive testing,  I'm now offering many NEW glitter colors in clear fast liquid.  They are gorgeous!  Here are a few of the options.  I'll post them all below in this discussion and in my videos.

I've also developed replacement slow glitter formulas for the Florence Art, Heat Tapes, Mastercrafters, and Crestworth glitter lamps of the 60s and 70s.  The liquid in these formulas is non-flammable, non-combustible, and much less toxic than the fast, solvent-based liquid.

To simplify things, both fast and slow glitter liquid are now available at the same prices.  Here are some FAQs on the glitter liquid.

I fill all orders on a first come, first served basis.  I do all of the work by hand and take care to ensure quality.  Please allow 2-3 weeks from payment for delivery.

Kirk,

Hope you're making videos of these, particularly the more experimental ones, I know I want to see your reversed engineered Glitterbaby, the yellow star glitter in blue liquid sounds particularly interesting, and curious about the redone "Mickey" glitters, wondering if you just did a straight replacement with your stock or if you attempted to re-use the "mouse" glitter, or new "mouse" glitter. Those have always interested me, but they seem priced too high for terrible looking glitter, never have seen a picture of one where there was any silvering at all left on the glitter, they must have used a terrible formula, even the ones that people claim were stored and never used look awful. Personally have some Dale Tiffany "lousy lava" bases that I would love to have good "mouse" glitter in. And would love to see the snowflakes too, that creates some interesting ideas.

The Holo glitter is great, people, probably shouldn't have brought up the whole peebo paint thing before. The quality of these is just so good that it makes me want to get even more and see how far it can go. For anyone sitting on the fence, Kirk's doing some absolutely amazing work. Get off the fence!

Thanks, Perry!

I'm working my way to creating a website where I'll have organized video and pictures along with a shopping cart.

The Mickey and Goofy restores I did for Claude were full restores.  I replaced both the liquid and the holographic Mickey glitter.  And I agree - the price for these Disney lamps is crazy considering that the glitter is usually shot and the liquid is cloudy.

I actually love the Peebo paint on the bottom of the globes with silver, non-holographic glitter.  It looks great, but the holographic glitter alone is a close second.

I want to order a 32 oz. container of fast glitter in blue with  medium silver non holographic and holographic square.   I don't know if there is a proper place to order so I am putting it here.  Please let me know what I need to do next.  Thank you.

I just sent you a friend request, so we can use OG's messaging to communicate, too.

I use Paypal to send an invoice for what you want.  Once the invoice is paid, your order goes in the queue.  Turnaround time is typically 2-3 weeks.

Kirk, I hereby dub you the King of Glitter. I doubt I have dubbing rights but hey.....   I'm obsessed with your videos! Your PayPal account and mine are about to become good friends.

I have a row of vintage glitter Wizards missing just the yellow one. I've been faithful to vintage but yours look better to my eyes! So........my intent is to have one of each of your combinations! Let us begin....this is going to hurt a bit on my end :*)

I'd like 1 of each in a 32 ounce globe. All are the fast formula.

Yellow, light blue, and green in medium silver holographic glitter. Love the holographic glitter.

One multicolor clear. I think you have only small glitter in that one.

1 long strand holographic multicolor in fast clear.

YAY!!!!

Question-I have the original teal and orange glitter globes but yours looks more vivid in orange and the teal looks totally different than the original. Is it the monitor or is that the case? If they are totally different I'll be eyeing up those in the near future.

So, (5) 32 ounce globes at $28 with the fast formula. Is that correct?

Hi, Wanda.

Glad you like the glitter!  Yes, $28 each is correct.

I don't own the original Wizard orange or teal, but (humbly) my orange and teal are amazing and you really must have them, too!

I'll send you a friend request, so we can PM each other.

Wanda, Kirk is being modest, as usual.   I dubbed him the Jedi Master of glitter long ago and he deserves it.  His glitter creations are gorgeous.

Yay! Thank-you! I'm so excited! Jedi Master.... Even better! May the Force be with you Kirk...
The plan is to have one of each of his combos. Yeesh! I need more black bases!
I have the original glitter globe in orange. It is not faded. When I do get Kirk's orange I'll post a side by side. This should be interesting!

Wanda, send me a friend request and go look at my pictures.   I have many Wizards posted, most original but lots with Kirk's recipe!!   LOL   I love em too!!

Libby is also being modest, Wanda.  She's helped me from the beginning to ensure that the formula works well and meets expectations.

Done. I'm dying to see yours! Thank-you!
