Oozing Goo - The Lava Lamp Syndicate

I have looked through the photos to see if there is a similar lamp, but I have not been able to find one yet. Not sure what the value of something like this would be. It belonged to my grandfather and have seen it in family photos going back to the late 60's. As I am moving this summer, I am trying to reduce the amount of stuff to pack and will be looking to selling it. Thanks for your help in advance.

Looks like a Squiggle Aristocrat. Yours doesn't appear to have the pinholes in the base which I think is a little more uncommon. I'd say if it flows okay and there's no real damage to the base, probably around $70-$80.

Black Squiggle Aristocrat, more rare than the white Squiggle.  Looks like a very nice example.  This would definitely be a keeper for a collector, you don't see them for sale very often.

Yes, Aristocrat, specifically series 1110. Aristocrats were 1100 (white squiggle, the original - early ones had gold caps, later caps matched the base), 1110 (black squiggle) and 1120 ("Starburst Aristocrat," brass w/ pinholes in base). A few very late squiggle models had pinholes, but most didn't. The sticker on the bottle, if it talks about the lamp, is very rare, and if it were my lamp, I'd leave it on. What does it say?

It sais that you should not try to top the bottle up to fill the air gap at the top as the gap will dimmish as the liquid expands when heating up and that if you do so anyway your warranty will be void...not the exact text but from the words I can decipher thats pretty much what it sais....on the very top it reads :"IMPORTANT"

Wicked lamp. Keep the community posted as that's a collector piece for sure.

I'd be interested in buying if and when your ready to sell!!
