Thanks. :-) I've never gotten a welcome from other forums let alone such a prompt one. :-) If this is any indication of the type of people here I will probably come regularly.
I think Bohdan will say it's a home made type of solution, like I said, its basically a water/soap/salt solution.
When I emptied the original fluid from one of my lamps (which it now no good) it smelt a bit like turpentine, a chemical smell. but the 5 litre bottle fluid didn't smell like that at all, and it was a bit foamy on the top.
I didn't run it in though, cos the problem with that particular lamp was really the wax, not the fluid but I was just experimenting.
It could be OK to use, but you have to mix it with distilled water, and you have to work out the right amount of water/solution for it to work well.
I did get good movement from the wax, but the wax had gone funny before I got it, it had a grainy texture and was too fluid, god knows what had happened to it.
When I complained to the seller, they told me it was just cos all lamps flow differently! and they sent me a useless link to an american site about lava world lamps. useless, so I just bought another!
you have a good weekend too, catch ya soon

Hi Lucy, Thanks for the message. I can assure you my wife and i weren't offended by your comments, though she was shaken up a bit by the member concerned who has now been reported to the police as well as ebay. Actually we have been pleased and suprised with the comments and support we have received from some ebay and oozinggoo members. We understand that some things are to be taken with a pinch of salt, and actually get a laugh with some of the things we see going on here on this site. Anyway, thanks again for the message and all the best. Take care, Jen & Pete
Thanks for being so kind as to NOT bid on my Florences. But they are up to $152.50 now and will soon probably go out of my price range (there are 11 bids). I would assume that most of these are OG'ers too! The thing is - that I really do have that strange power. Wherever I work, people are always very frightened of me because they've seen one too many "coincidences". I really don't do anything, I just get mad at someone and boom - they have a bad car accident, etc. I don't actually try to do anything. I just get mad at them. It actually spooks me out also. I am also super psychic. I guess I am spooky all around.
But, I do appreciate you not bidding. It seems like maybe you're the only one! Thanks. It's very decent of you.
Cheers,
Jen P.
Hi Lucy - thanks for the support. Yes, you're right I am a little too obsessed and need to let happen whatever happens. You are also right that I will get some that are appropriate for me when the time comes. At least I won (by the skin of my teeth) a silver glitterball today. I just pray it won't get broken while crossing the pond. I still don't have any lamps yet. I am still that new! You have a lovely collection. Thanks again for the support. I do appreciate it!
Bestest,
Jen P.

I like your Jets
I've got quite a few too but so far no green or purple. I'd like to get them all out and illuminated one day.
Glad to see you've sorted your green jet problem.
