Something Interesting About Me:

Been collecting since May of 2010. I love my five birdies (four parakeets and one cockatiel), photography, gardening and crochet. I told myself I wouldn't get more than ten. :) During the first 10 days, I got five, so we'll see how this goes. :) Update 10/08/10: I'm at 21 lamps. Clearly, I have a problem. Update 06/10/11: At about 35 lamps now, so yes, I do indeed have a little addiction! 08/04/11: You know, I'm going to quit counting...

My First Lava Lamp was:

I remember the first lava lamp I ever saw was at my great-grandparents' house in Colorado in the mid-80s. I thought it was so cool! I do not remember the color combo though.

Got one as a teenager (early 90s yellow/red), then attempted to sell it at garage sale in 2003 and my landlord shattered it. I remember really liking it, so I don't know what possessed me to sell it. Now, seven or so years later, I've become interested in them again.

  Great!! Thank you! Still wondering if mine may be a 104. Someone mentioned it maybe a “rare 104” However, I’ve seen some that look similar being sold on eBay. So idk. What’s your opinion?
