Well, that's disappointing.  Box it up and send it back, Lib.  Use the proceeds to purchase a pink Grande.  :>)

It's almost like it is not getting hot enough to fully melt all the wax, and the un-melted part goes straight up and sticks.  I wonder if a larger wattage bulb would help, since it does have a dimmer on the lamp?

I kept the boxes, I think this one really is going back, Erin.  YIKES is right!!

Yikes. That's not good. I have the same lamp on the way and I will not be afraid to return it if I have these problems!
