<p>For what it's worth, I made a "black" wax / red liquid lamp by taking an older purple / clear and saturating the wax with purple goo-kit dye. After coloring the liquid red, the wax looks completely black, and I've had no sticking problems at all.</p>

<p>I painted and goo'ed a 52oz lamp, to give it a Michael Myers/ "Halloween I" theme. I used the red dye, that was supplied with the kit, to make my blood red lava. Flows like Butta. No sticking what so ever.</p>
