Something Interesting About Me:: I'm a stay home Dad, part time renovator and artist.
I have a love of things from my childhood, when you really believed. Pre CGI sci-fi, gritty cops shows, cult movies, styles from the 60's and 70's and music that had real heart and soul all have a special place in my heart.
Oh and I'm 40, English, lived in Australia for the past 18 years. Have one son. I'm a Libertine and Atheist. Easy going. I love my fellow humans, but I think we need to evolve. Want to know more?

My First Lava Lamp was:: About 6 years ago a couple of friends found a huge Mathmos Lunar Lamp going for a song at a stores closing sale. I had always wanted one, but could never justify the expense (About $850 AUS back then). I was in heaven the day I was given it. What fantastic friends! The blue water and green wax had me in rapture and held pride of place in my living room. Sadly the water is now clear and the wax is a greenish yellow, but I still love it. It sits next to my mac and bathes me in a soft light. I love it when it first starts up, the shapes the wax first forms is quite alien (think Aliens face hugger). I'm determined to find more huge lunars and to repair my first one.
