Profile Information

Something Interesting About Me:
Original co-developer of the U.S. version of the European Lava Lamp prototype provided by Wertheimer. This event happened in the mid sixties. The European Lava Lamp that they bought the U.S. rights required re-development to conform to U.S. materials. The lamp was brought to Kolar Laboratories at 1121 West Jackson Blvd. Chicago, Il. a contract manufacturer of cosmetics and toiletries. A family owned business run by George Kolar son of the founder. Aaron Miller and myself as chemists who were assigned the project to redevelop the lamp which took several months to redevelop and initially produce. The lamp was subsequently sold to Lava Simplex Corp.1973. Aaron and I developed the U.S. Lava Lamp that the world knows today.

Hi Dan. Super great to have you on board and someone so close to the early lava production and development in the 60's. We should be truly honoured. Would be fab to hear more from you. Best wishes, Modulo.
