Something Interesting About Me:: 60 years old, 5' 9" tall, weigh 265 lbs., enjoy life, not in best of health but am hanging in there, insulin dependent diabetic, have COPD, had quad bypass surgery in '05, lost toes on left foot in '96, lost right leg below knee in '97, adjusted to prosthetic well, so not a big deal. Have son - age 40 in WI., daughter - age 35, in IL. I love to cook.

My First Lava Lamp was:: Wife purchased for me as a gift. It was blue but fluid level went down as well as the bubbles seemed to age and get moon type craters in them. I'd like to see if I can do an acceptable job in refurbishing it to its original state of operation and appearance.
