Oozing Goo - The Lava Lamp Syndicate

i bought this lamp on ebay it didnt travel far i live south of fort worth and it came from houston. it flows really well but has gotten cloudy im assuming from shipping..hopefully it will clear up some more it gets used. under the cap its dated 1977

update: the lamp has cleared up and is pretty clear and flows really well for its age. it flows better than my newer lamps do!

Wait, am I to believe that they actually made a liquid cloudy on purpose and called it the "mist" version?  or was it just a problem liquid??

 

Wow, 1977 and still a flowin!!!  Sweet!!  I have a gold Entrantress but it is not as old as the 70's and it is not a decorator model either.  I kind of like the look of them, hummmm.....Nice score...

Lookin' good! If it doesn't clear up, you could consider it akin to the "mist" liquid used on the earlier slender (aka "Elegant") Enchantress models, which looked very similar to this!

For help on the year, when the lamp is cold tilt the globe and look up at the cap. There should be a sticker with the year and month on it.
