There has been discussion here before about incadecent bulbs being banned. It seems its on track for 2014, but our Congress cant seem to do anything on time so dont worry....plus there is a big downside to CFL's and plenty of opposition...

I am selling all my small UK Mathmos and Crestworth lamps to buy a Colossus, thought that would be cheaper than having lots of small lamps on the go. Less is more, what with me living in a smaller place now. The colossus is a statement piece for sure.
