Yep that is what I am NOT looking forward to the next time I move. I currently have ~250 lamps. Last time I only have ~100 and non broke, yippee!!!!!!!!!!!!  Good Luck with your move.

Speakin' of bulbs-what's gonna happen to all of us lamp lovers when they quit making these bulbs we need? Are the lamps we own now destined to go the way of the dinosaurs? Does anyone know?

I personally have been stocking up.  I need the motherload of appliance bulbs, but I have three cases of 100 watt R20 bulbs down in the basement for my Giants and Grandes.  Although seeing tham on eBay at $10/bulb has me tempted to sell some off.  There are 25 bulbs to a case.

 

Oh - and vintage Christmas lights too.  My little acrylic sphere thingy calls for GE D26 twinkle bulbs (X3).  Just snagged 28 additional bulbs for future use.
