Anyone ever order from Mathmos.com?

Hey, has anyone ever ordered from Mathmos.com's US site? Unbeknownst to me, my DH ordered a Fireflow before Christmas. I ordered one right after Christmas... Neither of us has heard ANYTHING from the company other than to receive confirmation emails that the orders were processed. And, of course, notice from our banks that the payments went out... They're non-responsive to emails or phone calls. Anyone with similar experiences? Cheers! Kelly.

They are non responsive, but seem to come through in the end. They shipped me a chrome Thaw lamp instead the copper one I ordered. I emailed them and got no response. A few weeks later, a copper Thaw showed up in my mailbox, no charge.

Whatever happened to Michelle (from LW)??? She was very responsive and so friendly. Geez...
