AMAZING show, very dark & funny! Hubby & I are hooked, even been buying the seasons! Yeah, well... I just won a custom lamp....FIRST LL I've bought in 4 years! :O

I know it's a shorty, but with a britta filter... maybe the little bugger will run worth it's name! I'll post official pics when she arrives!

Yep, packaging is the only thing worth it... stupid china crap! But... I'm gonna work with it, see if I can get it to flow. I'm considering filtering, transplant... whatever to make this little beast run well! Can't wait till it gets here!

I signed up for the Dexter forum on Showtime... So far, the only suggestion I've got on the lamp is a possible marketing promotion for season 2....

It's here! And just as cloudy as I thought! The cool thing, it's hardly been used, the goo is still a bit transparent...

I didn't have a 25 around, so I used a 40 Wizard bulb to start her, melt off the goo stuck to the glass. Then I stuck her into the freezer for 20 minutes, now just using the 15 watt...
I'm gonna try to get a 25 tomorrow. Total WOOT!

25 was bad idea... ran for 1 hour & was way too hot, all the bubbles were up top! I let her cool down, tried again 4 hours later, same thing! So, it's back to the 15 watt... DOH!

Been watching the seasons again... not patiently waiting, I can say that much. Season 3 goes on sale August 18th, but I'll be watching it onDemand by this weekend. Just can't get enough since I snatched this lamp!
