Oozing Goo - The Lava Lamp Syndicate

I've been lurking on this site for a while because I got obsessed with lava lamps back in autumn. Anyway, I bought a lamp on ebay for the third time. The guy seemed proud he never took it out of the box but of course I was suspicious it was going to be cloudy. It was and wouldn't clear up. I got kind of excited because I wanted to play mad scientist. It turned out better than I could have thought and flows almost as good as one of my Midnights. With the original fluid it just made bubbles and did so very slowly like a common 2010 lamp. I'm excited about it. It has given me the confidence to start doing goo kits soon :) It was a $4 fix with epsom salts and distilled water from Dollar General.

Nice job!

Cool!

It's sometimes difficult to get good flow out of a 14" lamp

Yeah, this is my first 14" after having 17" lamps my whole life. It'll probably be my last. Unless a cute gimmick pops up again like this design and it's not available in bigger.
