Oozing Goo - The Lava Lamp Syndicate

Hi Lava Lamp experts,

I am a long time lava lamp fan but have just joined and just bought two lamps from Amazon, the Pumpkin Bats and the Grim Reaper and was wondering if you guys could help me out at all?

The Grim Reaper lamp's base has a pole with a slasher but that is broken in 3 pieces. Also the bottle looks kinda wierd. I can't see the lava inside the bottle and the liquid is so cloudy and like milk. It is actually opaque.

The Pumpkin Bats lamps sadly suffers from the same fate as very cloudy but the base isn't painted at all!

Is there anything that I can do to fix this. I was thinking of painting the base myself but hey I don't know how to fix the lava bottle. Also with the Reaper the bulb was smashed, can you please let me know what bulb to use in these, is the same as the other one,

Thank you - Brad

Take some pictures and ask for a replacement. Be sure to include the pictures. I just asked for a replacement and the seller responded within hours and provided a shipping label for the return and sent another one free of charge. I too bought a reaper from amazon and the scythe was broken in 3 places. As for the cloudyness all of them are cloudy and you cant really fix it.
