It's a drink recipe, there is a drink called a Lava Lamp, it is served in a shot glass.

OH i thought it was for one of the alka-seltser lamps

Its a bullshit tactic to raise your feedback. You pay 1 cent to accumulate positive feedback for nothing.

I'll create a different drink recipe called the " DUO ERUPTING LIQUIFIER" and share the drink mix with us lava lamp members, or maybe we can try coming up with other catchy names for a drink recipe. Who knows with all the names from all our pooled resources, something good enough to be useful as the next lava lamp manufacturer's creation. The prestige of someone's idea being on a product for many to buy and enjoy, hmmm, or what about a new color scheme or design. I guess coming up with a name and creating  a new drink recipe to go with it and plastering it on e-bay for 10 cents creating a little compatition with some money being made also and the proceeds going to our group's donation to further our syndicate.

I agree with Dr. WHAT?!,s idea and there's a phrase that I believe fits this scenario also, " Possession is 9 tenth's of the law. He'll have your 15 cents and you'll own the recipe. A slow way to get rich, but if he convinces enough people to pay 15 cents for a name, that a easy way to get money. Personally, all I can say is " To the victor goes the spoils".
