custom base?

i was thinking of doing some custom work to one of my grande bases.

heres that i have so far..

midnight black with diagonal red pinstripes and a few pinholes.

its a work in progress haha. just wondering what everyone thought, maybe throw some ideas out onto the table :P

nice photo bohdan. i love the carlisle grande.
i was also thinking of putting a glass ring around it (not trying to steal you idea haha. i just love the table rings)
but im not sure where i would find one.
im trying to keep the customization relatively simple. i dont want to have to cut pieces or anything, because i dont have anything to piece them all back together.
but im definitely sticking with the paintjob :)
