As usual I have been keeping an eye on the Fantasia market through eBay. Pricing seems to have skyrocketed again. A couple lamps sell for $300+ and all of a sudden everyone and their mother has a lamp listed at $300. Some of these lamps are not worth $100, let alone $300. However - there are some gems out there that can garner a much higher price. It's all in how the condition of the lamp is and how you PRESENT IT (photos). You will see just how much photography plays a roll in these sales.. take a look...

It's called "The Comet". It's a neat lamp but the finish on the metal ends is not the best. The body (faux walnut) is a bit "used" as well. If the lamp was like $29 dollars, maybe. As is for $100, seems too high.
