Fluidium Question.

I recently scored two Fluidiums, orange & green, unfortunately they

did not come with the frosted glass tube that surrounds the bulb.

I'm not sure I want to try to run them without, I don't want to affect

the plastic base.

I've spotted several 'bar' glasses that are tall, frosted and similar

in size but I'm not sure they would work, let alone trying to cut one

down.

Any thoughts ?

Hi Todd,

No need to bother.

Only The first generation Fluidiums came with a glass heat shield - because of the composition of the wax.

They then changed the wax formula and the heat shields were discontinued.
