Fourth Lamp is a cool wavey bottle with Metalic Silver Lava

Hey Guy's,

 

Just finished my fourth lamp and I got a bit adventurous! I used a wavey whiskey bottle and did the Lava in a Metallic Silver.

 

I had asked Dr.What how he goes about making "Metallic" Goo and he suggested using a metallic Sharpie directly into the hot wax, it worked great!

Wow, that looks good!  What size bottle is that, it looks pretty big

The bottle looks deceiving in the video it's about 15" high and about 3" square.

 

It's a pain because the bottom of the bottle is very thick and it is hard to keep a steady temperature going. I used a 50 watt mini spot on it and although the flow was a bit fast I could live with it.

 

I need to build a base that will allow me to have the bulb an optimal distance from the lamp.
