Poor guy.  Looks like he went through some chit too.

Glad you got him back.

Lenny, Them there sum big catz..

And then there is "Big Guy" A.K.A. the ol-man
He was abandoned by a family that moved from equine ranch we lived on in Hanover IL 5 yrs ago
Took a while for him to come in and warm up to us

We thought we lost him here, he disappeared for 6 months over a winter 04 then came back spring of 05
Hair was matted and had to have him shaved
as you can seem, he is NOT too happy about it

This is our nephew, Rookie.

Our other Hanover equine ranch rescue named Bitsey

Ranch hand got fired, abandoned her and her new litter

We placed the kittens within weeks=they were too cute!

Roscoe, a adorable male,Another recent rescue from the barn

Here he is playing with Chithead

And then there is Goldie

Had her for @ 10 years since she was a kitten

She disappeared back in 08 for @ 4 moths

came back near dead with broken hip

We nursed her back to health

We are up to @ 8 cats now

Real zoo sometimes

We did have one other cat, but she passed away a few years back.  Then again, maybe she's still around...

Rapidly approaching her "Gotcha" Day, we adopted Maggie on June 24th, 2020. If you thought toilet paper, paper towels and hand sanitizer were hard to obtain during Covid, try adopting a puppy. After countless adoption attempt failures, fate brought us together. The shelter thought she was a Beagle/Bassett mix, but you're guess is as good as mine. What I do know that she is? 100% great dog!
