Oh hell yeah
You don't need that just send it to me!
Its just what every collector has in a box of globes - a wave machine you didn't know was there.
This is more an American phenomenon, is my impression?
There's a lot of talk here on oozinggoo about these wonder machines, but I never saw one in real and never knew a person, who owned one or even mentioned one. And I know quite a lot of people interested in everything psychdedelic, mind-bending, who get their hands on every aesthetic, spacy/freaky stuff they find anywhere.
But: No wave machines ever crossed my way... What's the story behind them? When and where did they emerge?
And why are they so expensive? It doesn't require any costly components or material to build them, and the basic physical and chemical principles involved are not that complicated, or?
And why is there no company that just copies these machines and sells them for an attractive price?
Like 35 Dollars? The machine's parts don't cost more than some cents, or?
May someone throw light on the phenomenon of the wave machine, helping an ignorant European guy to understand??
