Identify This Thrift Store Lamp

This lamp was spotted at a Thrift Store.

Interesting lamp.....not sure what it is.  Anyone familiar with this model?  Who made it?

I think Fog Rider has one like this and I believe it's Australian.

Oh man, I love these lamps, dials and all! Thanks for the head's up on these...had never seen them. Fingers crossed, may I find one of each size. It looks as though an astro baby bottle would fit right on the smaller one.
