is $30 too much for a harley davidson base+cap with a bad globe?

I cant quit thinking about this lamp and I am not even into the harley davidson thing. I found a harley davidson oil lamp for $30, the globe is empty but the base and cap are in perfect condition. Is $30 too much? I think it is but then again I do not have the experience to value a ceramic lamp.

I'd say $20/$25 if you can get it for that.
I went down to the store and bought it. I stuck a china blue/white globe in it until I find something nice. I dont have many good 52oz lamps...I dont have many period.
My spencers doesnt carry the new colors and I dont trust anything from lava world right now.

edit.
If you have had luck with them maybe you can pick one up for me. I dont know if they are any good though, my blue/white looked good and ran okay but it got super cloudy over time.
I know its illegal here but the last time I bought a lava at Spencers the guy said "no returns on lavas unless something is physically broken" I just said "yea sure". I can imagine how many returns they had..LOL. The newer colors seem to be fine, mine are holding up perfect and flow great, lime/clear, pink/clear and black/orange.
